Standard Shipping

Estimated delivery times (standard shipping)
Germany:
2 to 7 days
7,00 € (up to 1 kg)

Europe:
2 to 7 days
10,00 € (up to 1 kg)

US/Canada:
7 to 14 days
15,00 € (up to 1 kg)

Clothes will be sent through German national postal service - Deutsche Post / DHL - and a tracking number will be provided to the customer when the parcel has been shipped.

Returns and exchanges

If the fit or product itself does not meet your expectations please contact me as soon as possible after you have received the parcel for further return information. Also, kindly let me know the reason of return before shipping the clothes back. Do not ship a parcel back without telling me first. All returns are required to be in their original, unworn condition, and all shipping fees will be covered by the sender. In the case of defective product please contact me [email protected] and we will find a way together to compensate a defective item.

Shipping costs will not be refunded for uncollected items. I do not take responsibility for damages or losses due to the shipping, these damages will be refunded by the postal services company.
